About the Role

Simple Shine Cleaners is a residential cleaning company serving the East Valley. We are looking for experienced, reliable cleaners who want steady work and can provide high-quality service.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role.

What You’ll Do

• Perform residential cleanings (standard, deep, move-in/out)

• Follow the provided checklists and job notes

• Use eco-friendly products only

• Take clear before and after photos

• Communicate promptly if issues come up

• Respect clients’ homes and belongings

• Arrive on time and complete jobs as scheduled

Requirements

• 2+ years professional cleaning experience

• Proof of liability insurance

• Reliable transportation

• Your own eco-friendly supplies

• Smartphone with camera

• Able to pass a background check

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Bilingual preferred, not required

Schedule & Pay

• Flexible schedule based on your availability

• Jobs available Monday–Saturday

• $25–$30/hr + tips

• Paid weekly

• Bonus opportunities available
